At The Narragansett Beer Shop, we want you to love your gear as much as a cold Lager on a summer day. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garments are in brand-new condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
