How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for apparel?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that sale items are final sale.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Our apparel generally follows a standard athletic fit, but we recommend sizing up if you prefer a roomier feel.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach our international Hi-Neighbor fans soon.

Can I track my package after it leaves the shop?
